vbe | video build engine is built and run by Aman Sabarwal in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. On this page, "we" and "us" mean him, and "you" means anyone using videobuildengine.com. By using the website you accept these terms.
Using this website
Use it for what it is for: reading about vbe and joining the waitlist. Please don't:
- try to break into it, overload it or get around the check on the form;
- copy the waitlist or anything else from it with automated tools;
- sign someone else up without their permission.
The waitlist
Joining is free. You will get a welcome email, then emails about vbe, and you can leave at any time. Being on the list does not mean you have bought anything or reserved a place. We may change or close the waitlist at any time, and we can't promise when vbe will be ready, what it will include, or what it will cost.

What you see here
vbe is still being built. Screens marked "Early design preview" show the app as it is being designed, and the finished app may look and work differently. We describe vbe honestly, but plans change while software is built, and nothing on this website is a promise of a feature.
Our name and our work
The vbe name, the logo, and the words and pictures on this website belong to Aman Sabarwal. You are welcome to share links to the site and to quote short parts of it with credit. Please don't use the name or logo in a way that suggests we made, own or support something we didn't.
The website uses the Poppins typeface under the SIL Open Font License.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as YouTube and LinkedIn. We don't run them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.
No guarantees
We work to keep this website accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available, correct or free of errors.
Limits on our responsibility
The website and the waitlist are free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using them, or from not being able to use them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live that cannot be taken away.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Manitoba, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If you keep using the website after that, the new terms apply.
The app
When vbe is ready to download, it will come with its own terms. They will cover the licence to use the app, using your own accounts with AI services and paying their bills, checking what the AI makes before you publish it, and who owns what you make. You will see them and agree to them before you install vbe.
